My client is an Industry Leader in Business Analytical Software and is looking for a Technical Architect to provide high level technical design making sure implementation expectations of the client are met and surpassed. As the successful Technical Architect you will work closely alongside the consulting practice and provide detailed infrastructure evaluation.

Position responsibilities:

- provide detailed architecture of the client site
- liaise with the client regarding their requirements
- provide detailed architecture documentation to hand over to the installation and configuration team
- provide general oversight on longer term projects to make sure initial design is being delivered
- visit existing clients who are looking to upgrade or add more users and provide detailed design
- deliver project tasks on time and within budget
- liaise closely with the implementation team

Position requirements:

- excellent infrastructure principles - networking, hardware ect
- experience in high level design
- Data Warehousing, BI, Reporting or Analytics experience
- understanding of J2EE concepts
- experience in a Professional Services environment
- excellent Customer Relationship skills
- excellent time management skills
