Our client, a National growing IT consulting and training company, specializes in the implementation of IT management best practices for their clients using frameworks such as ITIL and PRINCE2΀

Based in Melbourne you will play an integral role in the growth of the business through facilitating organizational change for our clients by:

• Successfully managing IT Service Management projects
• Facilitating training courses on Foundation level in IT Service Management disciplines
• Developing new opportunities at existing clients
• Providing pre sales support
• Managing the customer project team to deliver IT Service Management
• Developing plans, presentations, handbooks etc.
• Developing and facilitating tailor made workshops
• Developing training programs and materials and consulting tools

To be successful in this role you will have external consulting experience with:

• Minumum of 10 years experience in the I.T. Service Management industry
• Minimum 5 years experience in the implementation of ITIL V3 projects (or have V2 and V3 experience)
• You will be a certified ITIL V3 Expert
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident presentation and training and work shop facilitation skills
• Highly developed process and requirements analysis skills
• Experience in working on presales, implementation, delivery and knowledge transfer

All though not essential it will be an advantage to have tertiary qualifications in Business or I.T. or equivalent business experience.
