Our client, an industry market leader, is looking for a Project Manager/Business Analyst to initially scope out a new HR System and Implement it into the organisation.

The role will encompass a variety of projects, challenges and responsibilities including but not limited to:

As a Business Analyst;
Investigate and document nominated business processes and systems
Translate business requirements into detailed system briefs
Identify potential solutions and evaluate them for technical and functional suitability
Create logical and innovative solutions to complex problems
Prepare business cases to implement or improve business systems

As a Project Manager;
Liaise with business representatives to confirm business requirements and specifications
Prepare and present project business cases and feasibility reports for systems improvement projects as directed.
Prepare schedules and budgets for systems projects as directed.
Manage systems projects in accordance with the IS Project Management Framework
Provide leadership for systems project teams to facilitate the successful delivery of project deliverables within the approved schedule and budget.

Our client is looking for a strong Business Analyst that has Project Management experience or a Project Manager that is happy to work as a Business Analyst also whilst independently managing multiple concurrent projects. Experience with Prince2 methodology is a must and the candidate will also be ideally Prince2 certified. Obviously experience in road mapping and implementing HR systems will be of high value for this role.
