We require a Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years solid experience in "end to end business analysis" with some project lead/ management experience and a background in the SDLC. The successful person must have experience within an IT department with no more than about 15 -20 IT professionals.

Your role will require you to perform:

• End to end business analysis: requirement definition, business process analysis and modelling, gap analysis, workshop preparation, business case development, documentation, development of implementation strategies, development of testing strategies and plans, co-ordination of UAT
• The assessment and documentation of existing business procedures and practices in addition to analysing current business performance which will include identifying opportunities and risks.
• The development and provision of IT solutions which will enable change to existing business practices and assisting in the implementation of solutions designed to improve existing practices.
• Project Management

Essential Criteria:

• N.B. Career history of working within small-to-medium scale IT departments (no more than 15-20 IT professionals in total in the IT department)
• Tertiary qualification in an IT related field

You will also have:

• Experience in project based work and exposure to project management methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to perform a traditional end to end business analysis role
• A solid background in the software development lifecycle
• Demonstrated ability to meet dead lines and resolve project conflicts
• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst
