Join the Data Warehouse team in this leading investment bank and contribute to the development of key business applications, supporting the business through constant change. The successful candidate will be project focussed and will have experience in the finance space (ideally in an investment bank)

The Role

• Collaborate with the business in gathering requirements and write functional specifications
• Work with solutions architect to design effective solutions
• Analyse and appropriately document business requirements.
• Develop system test plans and cases and test solutions
• Contribute to solution deployment and provide user training to business units
• Deliver process and system improvements
• Work with business and technology teams as well as clients and vendors teams

The Person

• 5+ years experience as a Business/Systems Analyst, within a financial institution
• Strong knowledge of databases, structures and processing techniques and SQL
• Experience developing data warehouse/output delivery systems
• Experience in fund administration, ideally with knowledge of taxation solutions
• Good understanding of Australian taxation system
• Knowledge of Hiportfolio application
• Ability to communicate ideas to technical and functional teams
