Our client is currently seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to capture, document and support the business with regard to all their applications systems and associated business processes. Working as a key member of the Enterprise Architecture and Projects team this role will commence as a contract but permanent opportunity is available for right candidate. The successful candidate will have the following:
- Demonstrated Systems Analysis experience in addition to business analysis
- Good verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
- Assessing the overall business and information needs of the organisation working with individual business units on problem definition.
- Experience with business case development, and an understanding of business cost-benefit analysis
- Experience with traceability - mapping business requirements to the proposed solution and identifying gaps between business requirements and solution technology
- Experience negotiating scope of the solution and gaining stakeholder approval
- Ability to co-ordinate the design of new IT solutions to improve business efficiency and productivity.
