I am currently seeking an experienced Customer Support Consultant to join a global IT software company based in North Ryde. A 12 month contract role, you would be responsible for acting as the initial point of contact to distributors, partners and enterprise clients. The successful candidate will undergo extensive training on the organisations software products so that you can assist their clients with their enquiries. Determining the reason for their enquiry if you are unable to resolve their issue you will be responsible for escalating the call to the appropriate contact. This position would suit an IT graduate with customer assistance/support experience who is looking to develop their career with a market leader. Essential requirements for this position include: - Exceptional communication skills
- Previous customer support/assistance experience
- Previous experience working in a corporate organisation
- Proven ability to determine the root cause of your clients issues and resolve problems via telephone
- Willingness to learn
- Strong self initiative
