- Implementation of infrastructure solutions in the Siebel environments
- Coordinate with other system support staff to ensure testing / server environments are stable
- Troubleshoot any problems occurring and work with appropriate teams to provide a resolution
- Set up various Siebel environments for Project development, system testing, integration testing
The Successful Applicant Ideally you would have the following skills and experience: - Siebel environment and infrastructure skills
- Good knowledge of Windows and UNIX / Linux environments
- Basic TCP/IP networking knowledge
- Unix shell scripting skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
