Due to a recent promotion, a Service Desk vacancy has arisen and they are searching for a customer-oriented Analyst to join their team. You'll have the opportunity to work in a friendly team and with a great manager, all while being trained and supported, ready to progress into a level 2 position!

What you'll need

  • A bubbly and enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills
  • Excellent technical troubleshooting skills and logical thought process
  • Prior Help Desk/Service Desk experience working towards SLAs and KPIs
  • Preferred technical skills - Outlook/Lotus Notes, Active Directory, Exchange, Windows, Office Suite, Citrix.
