Do you have a strong background in security and risk consulting or operations? Are you looking for a challenging role utilising your background in network and systems security? Do you have solid experience with security governance and large-scale vendor management? If yes, this may be the job for you! Working for one of Australia's most-respected brands, this position requires a Security Consultant with a strong background in technology and governance. Working in a close knit team, you will be a technical lead and senior engineer, responsible for mentoring junior staff and acting as a subject matter expert in security and risk management. Having had a strong technical background, you will be managing the security within a multi-platform, complex environment and experience in a Big 4 or consulting company would be highly desired. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with: - Security Operations;
- Networking/Cisco skills;
- IT and business risk
- Data loss prevention
- Vulnerability management/penetration testing/security testing;
- IDS/IPS
- Windows and Unix security;
- Security and Risk standards (eg. ISO27001, AS/NZ standards etc); and
- Identity and Access Management.
