The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of around 10 -20 direct reports. You will be responsible and accountable for the technical leadership and solutions development and support of the AP team with a focus on ensuring the developed solutions are aligned to the business and architectural strategies. Key Responsibilities will be: - Accountable of team people management, including staff development, and morale building
- Accountable for managing own cost centre
- Working with the PM's and team members to facilitate resource allocation
- Managing all vendor relationships
- Accountable for web development standards and practices
- Aligning development team deliveries with IS Architecture Solutions and team
The successful Manager will have at least 10 years plus general IT industry experience, and at least some financial services experience. You will hold a degree in Information Technology and have at least 6 years management experience. You will have extensive stakeholder management skills within solution delivery domains and will have also been across the career development of technical IS resources. You will be dynamic and have the ability to motivate and manage a successful web development team.
