This dynamic and fast paced banking and financial services business is renowned for its success and continues to invest in strategic technologies. They are currently going through a period of growth and this has created a great opportunity for an experienced Test Manager to join the team.

Your new role will see you working diversely across the various business lines and development teams helping to establish testing maturity, process and strategy. You will also be responsible for intoducing automation where appropriate and have the opportunity to build a testing capbility in a complete greenfields environment.

To be successful in your new role, you will need to meet the following criteria:
Prior experience as a Test Manager in a large corporate environment
Experience driving testing strategy and processes in a relatively immature testing environment
Any experience with Mercury testing tools will be seen as a significant advantage

You would be expected to have a computing or engineering related Degree as well as outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
