Operational Change Manager (Phone-Banking) - 12 month contract My client is an AustralianBank and they are looking for experienced Change Manager to join their team for a 12 month contract to manage their change analyst team and support all change activities which impact the phone banking operations. Within the role you will be responsible for the following: - Managing all change activities with a view to increased customer satisfaction levels
- Managing 3 Change Analysts and giving daily support
- Stakeholder management and updates regarding progress and reporting
- Effective relationship building with Technology, Operations and stakeholders (across various international regions)
- Managing all documentation, tracking, reporting, monitoring of change processes
- Ensuring all Change members are working to policy, procedures at all times
- Ensuring Change strategy is communicated to all relevant teams and working closely with phone-banking operations to ensure initiatives and marketing campaigns are prepared for
- Organising forums and engagements on a regular basis to ensure preparation for all change activities
- Knowledge of customer satisfaction and customer improvement focus within a phone-banking operational environment
Key Skills and Experience required for the role: - Strong understanding of Banking products
- Exceptional experience of Operational and business operations
- Significant Change Management experience within Banking Operational capacity
- Management of teams and strong communication and management skills of Matrix teams
- Senior level stakeholder management with ability to communicate at senior level and across functional, technology and O& T teams
- Ability to communicate changes and advisory skills
- Diplomatic approach to disagreements, and ability to provide better business solutions
