We are currently looking for an exceptional Training and Development Officer for a 6 month contract within this highly recognised government organisation based in Brisbane's CBD.
 
As Training and Development Officer you will be responsible for all aspects of developing, implementing and reviewing all current training and awareness programs.
 
Duties include:

• Undertake training and awareness development using contemporary instructional design and adult learning principles;
• Contribute to the development of training and awareness strategies and plans that support achievement of the business benefits and organisational change objectives;
• Contribute to a range of transition team responsibilities such as business impact analysis, project and business document reviews, product testing, lessons learned, project evaluation and reporting;
• Contribute to the implementation of quality standards for training program design and materials development;
• Participate in training development reviews;
• Assist with the preparation of training delivery and support resources including training systems, data and facilities and system support staff.

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience within a similar role, exceptional communication skills and ideally a relevant certification, ie train the trainer (or equivalent).
