Our centrally-based client has a rich history of providing key services for their customers and throughout the community. In recent years, the company has focused heavily in leading and bleeding edge technologies, including strong investment in the area of cloud, AI and Machine Learning and data and analytics has been a big part of this.

You role, leading a team, will be to help drive organisational growth through the use of data insights to drive competitor advantage. You will be working across a range of departments including marketing, technology, finance and operations with face-to-face contact up to CEO level. The organisation has already put in place a long-term business plan and this position will be to not only retain current customers, but to drive further growth of this customer base.

Degree qualified, you will have previously led data and analytics teams, with your leadership style focused more on coaching and mentoring, not just managing. Your technical skills in the data field will have a strong leaning to Microsoft technologies including Power BI for data visualisation, SSRS, SQL and experience with cloud/machine learning, ideally Azure. You will have previously worked as a conduit between the business and technical teams to drive growth using insights and analytics that has been proven to retain and build future customers.
