Your new role
This job is to fulfil business analyst functions of a large Transformation Program, for a suitably skilled candidate with some experience in the field of resourcing management. Key accountabilities;

• Enhance business systems by providing accurate information about business needs and priorities
• Provide high level analysis and support while facilitating expert advice to support IT projects
• Analyse and consolidate information to develop business cases to support achievement of business objectives
• Elicit business process requirements by using a broad range of effective engagement techniques
• Work with key stakeholders to identify how changing business requirements may be delivered
• Support projects by undertaking analysis and impact assessments including testing and training
• Provide plain language advice on complex technical issues to non-technical audiences

  What you'll need to succeed
  To succeed in this job you will need;

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in analysing, working, testing and maintaining service management systems
• Highly-developed analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information
• Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated experience working in a high volume environment
• Well-developed interpersonal, consultation, facilitation, negotiation and communications skills
