Your new company
This is an opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to support a SAP project for a large organisation based in Newcastle, NSW. This is an initial 6 month contract engagement with potential to extend.

Your new role
A busy and varied role, with a distinct focus on supporting the HR and Payroll functions.
Your responsibilities will include;

• Working with the stakeholder group to identify requirements and map out possible solutions
• Review existing business processes, gap analysis and recommend improvement measures
• Develop and implement reports and controls delivering accurate and appropriate project reports
• Monitor project performance and governance / compliance

  What you'll need to succeed
  In order to succeed you will have demonstrated knowledge and extensive experience in SAP HR and Payroll modules and functional processes. You will also have demonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively within a “Business as usual” team well as aligning to Project requirements and timelines. As a confident communicator, you will be happy to liaise with stakeholders at all levels and support systems analysis and UAT throughout your engagement. Proven experience in a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst position is essential, as is your knowledge and experience in SAP.
