A fantastic opportunity exists for a Business Change Project Manager to join this well-regarded ASX listed company to deliver the implementation of their commercial go-to-market strategy.

Your role will be to lead and manage the successful delivery of the project, ensuring capability is embedded within the organisation and harmonisation is achieved through appropriate change management activities to support the overall strategy.

The role will involve managing cross-functional business change, encompassing technology, people and process shifts. The successful candidate will ensure projects are managed and successfully delivered through consistent and professional project scoping, analysis, planning, execution, communication, change management and reporting.

You will be an integral part of the Transformation team, working to deliver tangible business benefits through the successful delivery of the overall project.

Specifically, your role will include:-

• Ensuring the project is delivered to agreed timescale and costs, fit for purpose, and successfully handed over to any business as usual operations as required.
• Track risks, issues, actions and budget accurately during the lifecycle of the project and escalate, where required, to the project sponsor.
• Create all project documentation including (but not limited to) the mandate and project plan.
• Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, financial status communicating across leadership.

Suitable candidates will have demonstrated experience delivering complex change projects at a senior level. Ideally you will possess highly engaging and interpersonal stakeholder management skills and will have an energy and passion for your role within the organisation. A track record of managing change and transition within a large organisation will be highly regarded.
