About the Company:

About the Role:

This role is to ensure our customers are supported in the implementation of software in their business. The Customer Success Manager/Implementation Specialist will utilise their experience with technical support, training and client management to implement, train and support new technologies that enable clients to drive their business and provide optimal business unit outcomes.

Duties:

  • Provide customer service and support for the software and partner with our customers to facilitate installations
  • Provide training and ongoing technical support with software/hardware questions and issues.
  • Demonstrate and promote the software features to new customers as this business continues to grow.

Requirements:

  • Previous work experience within a Saas/HR/tech platform
  • Strong customer and solutions orientated focus
  • Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone
  • Ability to train and implement software
  • Demonstrated experience in a software support role, either help-desk or training is advantageous
  • Strong ability to handle multiple projects
  • Highly organised with strong time management
  • A positive self starter with an all round good attitude (no negative behaviour)
