Our client, a Government Organisation in the Eastern suburbs of Perth is seeking an immediately available Cyber Security Analyst to provide strategic Cyber Security guidance.

Your new role
In this role, your main duties will be:

• Consulting to the business on IT strategy, organisation strategy and client needs around Information Security Solutions.
• Negotiating Cyber Security delivery outcomes with clients and vendors.
• Use business analysis skills and consulting skills to to determine client requirements.
• Plan, develop, deploy, test and optimise the cyber security strategy and policies and procedures.
• Proactively monitors Cyber Security resources and performance, initiating preventative and remedial actions and recommending enhancements.

  What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in implementation and support of an Information Security Strategy which includes the management of people, processes and technologies.
• Proven record with implementing security processes in a cloud-based environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of emerging Cyber Security trends within a cloud environment.
