An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Insights Analyst to join their growing team, employing the power of Data to enable business decision-making. This individual will primarily partner with the Marketing team in relation to initiatives and campaigns across both stores and online platforms. You will be reporting to an impressive leadership team with ambitious plans for growth.

Description

This role reports to the Head of Data and will be working closely with the Marketing team. The role is ultimately responsible for deriving commercial returns from data – key duties and responsibilities will include:

• Employing technical database skills to extract transactional data – including Tableau, PowerBI & Alteryx;

• Applying analytical techniques to derive actionable insights from data;

• Utilising data visualization techniques to identify and effectively communicate actionable insights;

• Supporting the maintenance and usability of data by identifying and addressing discrepancies;

• Demonstrating exceptional commerciality and influence in partnering with business stakeholders.

Profile

The successful candidate will possess a strong technical skill-set alongside a proven ability to effectively partner with business-stakeholders to drive commercial returns. Experience should include:

• Experience in data analysis, with extensive experience in translating customer data into marketing initiatives;

• Prior experience in the retail or FMCG sector;

• Technical expertise in data analysis, report creation and visualization in Tableau, Power BI and Alteryx;

• Proven experience engaging with business stakeholders, excellent communication skills and ability to communicate insights persuasively; and

• Understanding of Digital Marketing Campaign, Member loyalty metrics　(desirable.)
