ICT Support and Test Engineer

Aurec Pty Ltd are seeking ICT Support & Test Engineer. Fantastic Location and working environment.

We are on the lookout for an excellent and passionate Help Desk Support person to aid the business project rollout period. You will be required to jump straight in and assist the business.

The role:

Dealing with end user clients directly

Managing first tier support queries that have either been escalated or sent directly from the client

Performing systems reviews and assessments

Diagnosing system problems and providing technical guidance on how to resolve IT issues

Help resolve functional, process-based queries

Working quickly and efficiently to resolve issues

Provide excellent customer service

About you:

2 years proven experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk or Product Support role

Experience in a busy help desk environment

Excellent communication skills Problem solving and Analytical skills

Technical experience - In depth experience supporting different operating systems

Analytical skills

A passion for quality customer service & team player!

Salary: $65,000- $75,000 plus superannuation
