Vix is a global organization and has been a leader in automated fare collection for over 25 years. Our IT Team are a critical part of the organisation that allows us to deliver a world-leading solutions to customers worldwide.

This is a new role within the organisation and is designed for someone with a couple of years of management experience, who is looking to expand their experience across a variety of areas. There will be a lot of variety within the role. We are looking at it being 20% hands on IT support, 40% managing internal IT projects and 40% team management. The team you will be a part of is geographically dispersed which will add an extra layer of challenge to the role.

We are looking for someone who has come from a background in either Systems Administration or Network Engineering, ideally within a cloud-based organization. Ideally you will have a couple of years experience as a Team Lead and it would be great if you had some systems certifications such as CISCO or Microsoft.
