Intranet and Applications Support Officer
Accountabilities include:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective solutions in supported applications, following a user-centred design approach and ensuring essential data is captured and/or displayed.
• Develop and provide training to staff in the use of supported applications, systems and process including the training of content editors (intranet), and super users (applications) across the state.
• Ensure content published on RoadTek's intranet (using SharePoint) is in accordance with TMR guidelines, and intranet best practice.
• Provide a Help Desk function for application support including responding to and logging queries, providing assistance and resolving problems.
• Undertake application system testing and UAT to ensure changes and enhancements conform to specifications and requirements.
• Assist with reporting and statistical analysis.
