Global IT Services company in Brisbane looking for an experienced ICT Change Manager to work on a large govt. customer site on major program of works

This is a senior Change Management role with Service Integration and Management experience.

The incumbent will be responsible for Change Management across the customer, The broader internal organisation (IT vendor/MSP) and other service providers reporting into the Lead. This role will also be responsible for Coordination and Governance of account-specific and project deliverables.

The role will be working with Project Managers and other service staff to deliver critical projects to integrate IT services into the fold.

Key Essential Skills:

• Previous IT Change management experience working for a Vendor or MSP / IT services provider.
• Previous experience working with a large govt account (Desirable)
• Experience working with stakeholders at all different levels and being able to integrate and communicate effectively with everyone involved.
• Experience working within challenging and highly political and unstructured government environments.
• Experience working with Change Management methodologies.
• Project Management experience would be advantageous
