Having recently undertaken a technology and business transformation, the organisation is now seeking an IT Delivery Manager – Retail to drive and manage the technology landscape across the stores environment.

The Role

This role of IT Delivery Manager – Retail will see you responsible for all instore technology including strategy, implementation and support. The focus of this role includes the delivery of applications, enhancements, upgrades and rollouts of the latest instore technology. Managing a team of 10 you will also be responsible for new store rollouts, upgrades and re-locations and support. You will have a strong project management background with outstanding engagement skills and a strong commercial focus.

Key Responsibilities nclude:

• Responsibility for all stores applications and infrastructure including configuration, maintenance and upgrades
• Management of development, implementation and support team
• Regular review and develop a strong store technology roadmap which includes requirements for new solutions, applications, and technology products for the future
• Provide concise and informed management recommendations on R&D, new and leading technologies
• Champion business unit collaboration for store applications & development strategies
• POS and new payment technology upgrades and support
• ERP upgrades and support
• Applications and Infrastrcture vendor management
• Configuration Management, IP & Source Control/Release Management

You will be the ‘go to’ person for all stores services activities and you will champion business unit collaboration for store applications & development strategies.
