- Assist in building of business cases - co-ordinate the collection of estimates from various internal and vendor teams to feed into business cases, challenge numbers where appropriate, cost out varying options if required stakeholders for designated IT projects
- Coordinate internal and external project resources, team members and vendors to ensure they meet required project timelines, deliverables and processes
- Determine, document and control the project schedule, agendas, minutes, actions, key decisions
- Produce and/or contribute to detailed project proposals that allow an informed project approval decision to be made
- Ensure team member roles/responsibilities are clearly defined for the project and hold team members to account where required (escalating to management as required)
- Work with Portfolio manager to identify and implement processes to maximise team productivity and efficiency
- Demonstrated Retail experience, preferably within a large format or FMCG environment
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Demonstrated project management experience within the IT space, with focus on delivering large-scale, transformation projects
- Proven understanding & consistent application of project management competencies including scope, time, cost, quality, HR, communications, cost, risk, procurement and integration
- Demonstrated experience in understanding user needs and focusing on delivering relevant, bespoke solutions
- Are team oriented, and thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment
