Seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join an established company on a 12 month contract that will likely turn into an ongoing rolling contract

My Client, a well established organisation based in North Sydney, is currently seeking an IT Project Manager to work on a blend of SAP and other application-based projects within their Digital Services team.

The ideal candidate will ideally have 5-10 years' experience in managing SAP projects, with extensive business involvement and stakeholder management, using both standard Waterfall and Agile delivery methods.

The key thing is personality fit and attitude. You will enjoy lots of flexibility with hours (they are also open to part time and parents returning to the workforce) but in return, the stakeholder expectations can be high, and the organisation is undergoing significant change at the moment. The most successful Project Managers they have are the ones who adapt well to change and have a positive can-do attitude.

You also need to be able to work autonomously. You will be provided with the delivery frameworks and tools, but will be responsible for your own success and delivering the projects on time & within budget.

This is a daily-rate contract, paying approx. $1000 - 1200 + Super. It will start as a 12 month contract, and if you are successful in the role, it will likely become a rolling contract. Some of their contractors have been with them for 3-5 years!
