Our client is currently seeking an IT Support Engineer for an initial 6-month contract.

This organisation based close to Perth’s CBD, is currently seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their IT Support team for an initial 6-month contract.

Your new role

As the main IT Support Analyst, you will support the organisations users with Level 2 technical issues, including Desktop. You will be responsible for answering the phone and being that first point of contact providing top tier customer service, along with using a ticketing system. You will work in a small team, delivering IT support to end users, which may include Windows 7/10, Active Directory and password resets, Outlook and Exchange.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful in this position, you will hold the following experience -

  • Experience providing 1st and 2nd level IT support in a Microsoft environment.
  • Understanding of networking.
  • Experience installing and trouble-shooting PCs and peripherals.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Experience in Microsoft technologies - Active Directory, Windows operating systems.

Excellent communication skills and confident to speak to stakeholders at all levels.
