AI Australia is seeking an IT Support - Intern to be part of our Group CIO office to support all business functions and subsidiaries across Australia, including AI Consulting, AI Health, AI Ventures, AI School, AI Films.

As an IT Support Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to learn and deal with daily operations of IT Support desk while engaging with other internal IT teams and departments. This opportunity gives you a benefit on not only learning how an IT Help Desk operates but will allow you to network with core IT Departments such as systems and network operations, and configuration management

Your responsibilities would include:

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks
• Providing technical support across all departments within the company
• Monitoring and maintaining systems and networks
• Help in setting up accounts for new users
• Hardware and software troubleshooting
• Network and application security
• Desktop and user management of various business applications
• Drive user adoption of Microsoft Office 365, along with desktop support on multiple platforms and devices (iOS, Android and Windows; phones, laptops and tablets)

Requirements

Postgraduate Degree with the following knowledge:

• Computer Science
• Computing
• Computer Systems Engineering

Essential skills you will need:

• Microsoft Office 365, and Administration
• Microsoft Flow
• Microsoft Azure or AWS Cloud Serice
• Business Systems such as Dynamic 365
• Web hosting environments
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Teamwork and communicate will all departments
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Communicate technical guidance and instruction
• Sound knowledge business systems/applications
• Strong desire to learn new operating systems (hardware and software)
