Valiant Finance is an award-winning FinTech startup that helps Australian small businesses compare and apply for loans from over 70 of Australia's leading lenders.

We're currently experiencing rapid growth, and we're looking an internal IT support specialist to join our team on a full-time basis in Surry Hills.

Requirements

• Setting up, maintaining and trouble shooting desktop, laptop and mobile devices both onsite and remotely.
• Actively maintain our inventory of hardware and software resources and accessories.
• Daily follow ups on pending tickets to ensure SLAs are met through our internal help desk ticketing system.
• Maintaining identity and access management services such as Okta or OneLogin.
• Configuring and enforcing device security policies to satisfy our compliance requirements with mobile device management (MDM) tools such as AirWatch or Jamf.
• Continuing to develop our internal knowledge base.
