IT Support & Network Administrator

Working closely with another skilled systems and network administrator, technology service desk team and
POS development team, you will ensure the reliable, efficient and secure operation of our technology infrastructure.

Client Details

The client is a global retail organisation based in the south-eastern suburbs.

Description

  • Install and configure new systems, servers, networks and
    applications.
  • Monitor systems and networks, including their
    confidentiality, integrity and availability.
  • Create and update SOEs.
  • Provide assistance to stores, state and head office in
    relation to IT activities.
  • Communicate with Head Office internal departments as
    required.
  • Provide service to all network users, including stores, state
    offices, head offices and to remote users.

Profile

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Infrastructure: Amazon Web Services (AWS), VMware ESX, Veeam, MPLS, Ubiquiti.
  • Applications: Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft SQL Server, Symantec Email Security.cloud, Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, WDS, WSUS.
  • Environments: Windows Server, Windows 7-10.
  • SOE Design, Development and Automation.
  • Working knowledge of the retail industry and its technology requirements.
