The opportunity requires a motivated IT Professional with at least two years experience leading teams to be head of the the Technical Support & Server Support teams, utilising your excellent customer service and potentially Management Support Experience.

They offer full training and a mentor based program that will see you working with company's senior talented staff and directly with the CTO of APAC.

To be successful in obtaining this Technical Lead/IT Team Leader position you will have:

  • 24 months experience leading a team of 5
  • Passion in Technology & Tech Support
  • An interest in bringing new ideas/technology
  • An understanding of Project management
  • Ability to resolve technical problems quickly
  • The ability to manage multiple teams/tasks
  • Server / Desktop / HelpDesk experience
  • AWS, AZURE or Cloud project interest
  • Strong understanding of management principals.

You may also have general knowledge of:

  • Microsoft Server 2016/Sharepoint
  • Online E-Commerce Platforms/CRM/ECM
  • Exchange Server/AD/VMware & Remote Access
  • Experience running smaller projects (20K-80K)

Experience with Client service/support, Commercial SM/Medium Enterprise and Good Networking Knowledge would also be advantageous.

Please note, this role will start as a Fixed Term Contract, however is likely to extend due to the ridiculous pace at which they are growing presently with the tech team
further expanding.
