A Victorian Independent Statutory Authority are looking for an experienced Java Developer to join their Corporate Services Division.

Your new role

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivering new features and maintenance upgrades to the Authorities unique java-based Case Management System and proprietary Case Management iOS applications.
• Responsible for software delivery through its entire lifecycle; from planning; technical specification; coding; testing; debugging; integration testing and tuning; to handover of software and application systems to operations.
• Assist in providing timely software connections for staff and in particular areas requiring software development and enhancement, including the rapid resolution of all issues.

  What you'll need to succeed
  To succeed in this position, you will have proven experience (3-5 years) in Java/J2EE web application and API development and unit-testing.

  You will have experience using the following technologies:
  RDBMS, SQL, UNIX, Linux, Microsoft Windows
