We are looking for exceptional Junior Full Stack Engineer who not only love to code but can contribute to architectural discussions, but develop world class products in one of our engineering squads - Plug Ins

About the Zip Tech Team
We have a talented Tech Team who work together to create the most innovative products in the industry.
The Zip team works with the latest technologies and top tools to be able to move fast. Always learning, always curious.
Collaboration is key in our team.

What your day will look like at Zip:

• As an Engineer in the Plug-Ins squad , you will work in a full stack capacity, to build our SDK's for our new merchants, to seamlessly integrate into our platform. Working with some of the biggest merchants in the e-commerce space.
• Performing effective code reviews in both front and back end technologies
• You will have the opportunity to develop some of our newest product offerings
• Write code that is clean, highly maintainable and well tested
• Contribute to product ideas and deliver from start to finish
• Explore new technologies and share your findings with the engineering team
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation

You will thrive in this role if you have:

• At least 2+ years' experience as a software engineer in an agile environment
• Experience building complex applications and solutions in a full-stack capacity
• Experience using the following technologies:

• PHP
• .NET Core
• AWS (Amazon Web Services)
• Micro-services
• Experience with Magento, WooCommerce, SiteCore, POS and Shopify.

You have a passion for building consumer products (side projects
and open source work are appreciated) Acceptance and unit testing – Specflow, NUnit, Jasmine, etc.
Bonus points if you have:

• Performance tuning experience
• You have a passion for building consumer products (side projects
  and open source work are appreciated)
• Experience in payments, financial services or Fin-tech
