L1-3 Help Desk support

The Company

Our client is a respected MSP, currently looking for an experienced Help Desk Analyst for an initial short-term engagement with the possibility of extension.

The Role

  • Providing user support and solutions over the phone and via e-mail.
  • Support clients within all SLA's timings and maintain communication throughout the entire process of incident management.
  • Creating, tracking and escalating tickets using ticketing systems.
  • Rollout and installation of various Windows software.
  • Extensive User Account Management utilising Active Directory.
  • Account management of office 365 users.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working for an MSP in a phone-based support role within a fast-paced IT environment.
  • Experience installing and configuring Windows OS.
  • Good working knowledge of networking systems and Internet protocols with the ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues.
  • Attention to detail and solid ability to follow instructions.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft desktop operating systems in an Active Directory environment
  • Experience with IT support ticketing systems (ConnectWise preferred)
  • Excellent telephone communication skills.
  • Any IT related certifications will be highly regarded.
