Level 1 / 2 Helpdesk - Contract

As a Help desk support specialist, you will provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to the internal users. You will be ensuring desktop and remote support tickets are resolved within agreed KPI's and SLA's. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the IT manager to make proactive improvements across the IT environment

To make sparks fly you will have:

  • Proven minimum of 5 years experience as a Level 1 / Level 2 IT support or analyst
  • Demonstrable skills in supporting and admistration of Microsoft Applications (e.g, CRM, NAV) and Microsoft 365 (Intune, Defender, Autopilot, etc.)
  • Visible experience supporting Microsoft Azure and Azure Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and Office365
  • Hands on experience with device provisioning and imaging services
  • Ability to provide first level assistance and manage all calls effectively
  • Able to work independently whilst keeping a strong collaboration and communication with a team
