SAP Cloud Application Services business unit has been established to deliver outcome based services to our cloud customers. We create a stable foundation for their business operations so they can focus on their digital transformation journey. SAP's Cloud Application Services helps customers to accelerate their Innovation adoption, delivering the flexibility to adapt to business changes, rapidly implement technologies and standardize and optimize operations of SAP centric solutions. The CAS organization is structured along the Portfolio that consists of four clusters: Application Managed Services, Managed Data, Managed Testing and Managed Security.

At Managed Security Services CoE, we support our clients with design, optimization and flexibility of the company’s core processes from strategic, business and technological perspective. Across all SAP applications, we consider processes holistically and use successfully our business platform. Always with actual know-how, innovative Services and usage of most modern methods we prepare our clients to the developments and minimize risks to support growth strategies and unleash innovation potential, as well to run and optimize running operations in the area of security holistically.

The Role

SAP Center of Excellence Managed Security Services Subject matter expert, supports customer projects in the specialized area of SAP security solutions, access & identity management, governance, risk und compliance, SAP authorization as well technical security on base of the solutions of the SAP Cloud offerings such as Hana Enterprise Cloud, SAP Cloud Platform and all other SAP cloud offerings like SuccessFactors,S/4 HANA, Cloud for Banking and many more.

The SME also supports our strategic customers with modeling and Implementation of cross-applicational security-processes on the base of Technology- and Integration platform SAP offers.

Role Requirements

• Conception and advisory of solutions to realize customer demands
• Support of Cloud Application Services sales process
• Project Management and -coordination
• Consulting in conceptional and organizational challenges
• Project management and delivery of Service Level Agreement defined Security processes
• Follow-up and realization of customer demands
• Intensive care of existing and new customers
• Support of CoE deliverables, such as creating documentation, creation and maintenance of MSS services and additional efforts on demand.
• Act as main contact for MSS in the region
• Able to obtain an Australian Government security clearance and therefore applicants must already hold an Australian Citizenship.

Work Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in the area of SAP Authorizations and Security
• Solid knowledge in at least one of the SAP solutions: SAP IdM, SAP SSO, SAP GRC Suite; SAP Enterprise Threat Detection.
• University degree in the area of Business Management, (Business-) Informatics or (Business-) Engineering or you can prove your qualification by and alternative education and according working experience
• Current career (at least three years) focused on Security, Access & Identity Management, Compliance and Risk management in the SAP-environment
• Knowledge in the following topics is an advantage:
  • SAP Cloud offerings
  • SAP Hana Enterprise Cloud and SAP Cloud Platform
  • SAP Enterprise Threat Detection
  • SAP Infrastructure- and System security
  • SAP Identity Management
  • SAP Single Sign On (SSO)
  • SAP Authorizations
  • SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance
  • SAP Fraud Management
  • International security standards like CoBIT, ISO 27001, BSI IT etc.
  • Conception and Implementation of SAP security concepts
  • Forensics
  • Project Management in the area of Access & Identity Management and SAP Security
• Team spirit, high willingness to contribute, mobility, flexibility and excellent communication skills as well a self-driven and systematic working style.
• Fluent in English
