About the Role
As Organisational Change Manager you will manage the communication and business changes that result as a consequence of a business technology project. In doing so, as Organisational Change Manager you will help to ensure smooth project implementation and achievement of business objectives through the engagement of all stakeholders.
As Organisational Change Manager you will ensure that the business area is ready, having undertaken any prerequisite training and amended, documented and communicated any new or changed business processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead change management activities
- Manage the change management schedule and activities
- Create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive stakeholder management
- Apply change management process and tools
- Plan and deliver a communications plan
- Leading the development of the impact and readiness assessment
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance across the divisions.
- Support change impacts and conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness
- identification, documentation and communication of business process changes
- Developing and maintaining IT project change management framework, supporting processes
- Provide status reports and updates
- Help build materials for training and development
- Complete change management assessments to Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance across the divisions
Experience
- Experienced as an Organisational Change Manager
- Experienced in the delivery of Complex Organisational Change in Transformation environments
- Substantial proven experience in project-based change management and planning preferably in a large, complex organisation
- Extensive knowledge of and experience in applying formal project change and risk management methodologies
- Experience in business analysis, including data and business process mapping
- High-level analytical, research and problem-solving skills with an ability to develop innovative solutions
- Proven ability to interact with all levels of an organisation's hierarchy
- Proven consultative interpersonal and negotiation skills, applied at a senior executive level in a large organisation
- High-level verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to organise and facilitate effective workshops
- Project management experience
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent substantial experience
- Commitment to safety and safe behaviours in the workplace
- Ability to identify and act on issues that affect the implementation of OHS, EEO principles and ethical practices
