Your role as the project coordinator is to support the Project Manager. Prepare, Execute or Support the Communications Management tasks, Organisational administrative tasks, on-boarding/off-boarding of project resources.

Description
- Coordinate/facilitate the creation or modification of Timesheet Register codes for projects staff as required
- Raising Purchase Orders for the procurement of hardware or services for projects
- Reconciliation of SAP data with Timesheet Register data or Purchase Orders
- Process invoices against projects
- Support the Project Manager with Financial tracking through the Project’s FINMAN Excel
- Coordinate and support project financial reporting on a weekly/monthly basis
- Support financial closure of Purchase Orders and/or minor works projects (WBS & Empower)
- Support project manager in resource planning and travel arrangements
- Support new PMO processes and Project Management Tools (Empower) implemented as part of the project
- Collaborate across multiple Project Delivery teams as well as Project Controller Resources to ensure alignment on delivery approach and processes is achieved
Profile
- Facilitation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Solid understanding of the systems development and support lifecycle.
- Ability to use influence and relationships to work with other (third party) teams
- Ability to work in complex organization environments (ie matrix) and with remote teams
- Ability to plan work to meet deadlines
- Conflict resolution
- Logical and structured decision making
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Able to build effective working relationships with peers and stakeholders
- High proficiency in Excel, SAP
- Experience in MS Project, Service Now highly regarded
- 5+ Years of Project experience
