How will I help?

This is a new Project Manager role to deliver legislative change projects for the Super and Platforms & Investments business units in BT. Work directly with the Adelaide based, customer supporting teams that are impacted by the changes implemented for Super and Platform products.

To lead and manage project activities that deliver business and/or technology solutions, enabling Westpac to achieve its strategic goals, business benefits and outcomes.

This PM role, while being part of our projects team will be in the same location/office as our CSD (Customer Service Delivery) and CR (Customer Relations) functions that are one of the main teams impacted by the changes we deliver – they can speak to these stakeholders in person about the impact of the change and the requirements that need.

  • Working with others to achieve shared goals, sharing knowledge and experience with others to achieve objectives
  • Analyse situations or issues, considering all options prior to recommending and implementing a solution
  • Achieve outcomes by identifying and building effective stakeholder relationships

What do I need?

Experience – you’ll need to have Previous experience in project management You’ll also need to have 3+ years’ experience within projects and/or delivery of technology solutions. 3+ years working in a large and complex organisation. 3+ years’ experience in the financial services industry. Demonstrated ability to understand business practices.
