Project Manager - HRIS

Clicks IT Recruitment is currently working a large, Australian owned organisation in the private sector. They are currently in the process implementing a critical HRIS program of work and now require a Project Manager to lead the team.

This role will report in to the head of the PMO on an initial 9 month contract.

  • Lead and manage multi-disciplined project teams in the initiation, planning, implementation and delivery project outputs.
  • Develop project plans and other project artifacts as directed by the project owner.
  • Establish, maintain and utilise strong partnership relationships, networks and alliances with relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, mitigate and manage project risks, issues and outcomes

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated extensive experience in the successful delivery of multiple concurrent ICT projects
  • Previous experience delivering HRIS OR HCM implementation/upgrades is essential
  • Demonstrated experience in the management of external vendors and/or service providers in order to deliver the project outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience in differing types of project management methodologies, eg Prince2, PMBoK, etc
  • Experience working within large complex ICT project environments is crucial
  • Formal Project Management accreditation - PRINCE2, AIPM or PMI certification is highly desirable
