Project Manager Infrastructure ICT - Government Contract

About you -
You are looking, or open for an opportunity to work in the education space of Government, where you'll be given the chance, to join a new Infrastructure Services Program and be part of a collaborative team to provide leadership, guidance and support to the project team to ensure effective management and delivery of complex network projects. This role provides an opportunity to make tangible impacts to outcomes across the department. You are genuinely seeking to build on your career path in infrastructure Project Management, with strong stakeholder management skills, team oriented and excellent interpersonal communication skills (orally, written and presentational). You bring proven leadership, influencing and strong technical analytical problem solving and building strategy with infrastructure project experience, effective management and delivery of complex network projects within State Government preferred! Essential Requirements with proven demonstrated experience in:

  • Valid 'Working with Children Check' registration or application number required;
  • Certified in project management best practice methodologies and extensive customer focused enterprise ICT projects;
  • Mobilising, motivating and managing a successful team;
  • Leadership and stakeholder management within large complex organisations;
  • Project status reporting to required standards and forecasting/estimating financial and resource needs;
  • Direction, resolve conflicts and set project priorities without ambiguity;
  • Strong communicate skills at all levels with clarity and precision (orally, written and presentational);
  • Facilitate discussions, influence and negotiate with difficult customers;
  • Excellent problem solving skills and ability to understand bigger picture;
  • Excellent team player with an ability to work independently and
  • Excellent personal organisation to demonstrate consistently balanced good judgement and logical thought prioritisation.
