Project Manager - Service Management

We currently seek an experienced Project Manager to ensure Service Management process capability, and functionality meet the requirements of the current, and the future state of the technology environments.

Experience & Skill Required:

• Experienced as a Service Management & Project Delivery Specialist
• Strong expertise with Service Operations Management including reporting, SLA Management, Service Availability & Major Incident Management
• Experienced as a Service Management & Project Delivery Specialist
• ITIL process implementation experience and good understanding of best practices & user training
• Strong stakeholder management experience at all levels
• Project delivery experience
• Proven consulting experience with both strategic and delivery focused engagements.
• Demonstrated experience working in technically complex ICT environments.

Desirable Experience:

• Experienced as an ITSM Manager
• Good knowledge of SDLC methodologies, and experience working in waterfall & agile projects.
• Strategic thinking
• Nurtures productive working relationships
• Communicates with influence
• Exemplifies personal drive and integrity
