We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Melbourne.

In this role your key responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with business stakeholders to design the experience for end users of the solution and define and document requirements
• Reviewing and providing feedback on proposed designs and requirements
• Assisting the development team to interpret requirements
• Ensuring production reports are accurate and delivered in a timely manner
• Coordinating audits, data testing and validation for new reporting and analysis tools.
• Leading the formation of user communities to accelerate user adoption and engagement

To be successful in this role you will have experience in:

• Project management with experience in financial reporting, forecasting and modelling.
• Previously worked in an onshore/offshore model.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to analyse and resolve a problem at tactical, functional, and strategic levels
• Effective communication, collaboration, leadership and problem solving.
• Understanding and hands on experience with Workday.
