Your new role
The main aim of the Project Officer is to manage the delivery of our clients new Dynamics 365 CRM. The project is now in the delivery stage and requires an experience project officer with experience with Dynamics 365 to assist with the project management and coordination of procurement activities.

Duties will include:

  • Working with internal and external stakeholders providing regular updates.
  • Assisting in documenting business requirements.
  • Develop project plan, risk register, issues log and communications plan.
  • Assist the Project Team in securing a suitable ICT vendor to deliver the enhancements.
  • Assist in system support matters in conjunction with ICT service providers.
  • Coordinate any change management aspects which arise.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need a mix of project management and technical capabilities including:

  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 and SharePoint.
  • Ability to produce documentation which clearly outlines business requirements.
  • Monitors project milestones ensuring schedules are met and amendments made where necessary.
  • Liaise with Stakeholders.
