Our client boasts a mixed client base of Government agencies and high profile corporate clients. Their Security team deals with a broad range of cyber security services which range from Cyber Security strategy, Security Architecture, Security by Design, Identity and Access management and further support services to assist in managing the deployment of secure solutions.

As a senior consultant/consultant, you will have a solid grasp of information security. You understand the challenges faced by clients and have an enthusiasm for delivering benefits and improvements to security and engineering programmes. You will join a community of consultants and engineers who are working across a diverse catalogue of services within consulting, technical and service integration workforces.

The security and architecture practice provides strategy & advisory services, planning and implementation as well as Managed Services such as ITSA as a Service and CISO as a service.

You Will Help Clients To:

  • Understand the business and information risk context, and propose architectures and countermeasures to mitigate risk
  • Work closely with business managers, information risk advisors, solution architects and system engineers to identify, design and implement security mechanisms which provide value driven risk reduction and alignment to requirements
  • Work closely with security teams to share observations and provide recommendations to enable security functions
  • Provide support in the development and implementation of information security management to align to governance and compliance requirements such as ISO, IRAP and similar

Desirable Skills And Experience

  • Degree qualified in Information Security, IT, Engineering, Mathematics, or related subject
  • Experience of consulting gained with a top tier consultancy, Government security team or systems integrator
  • Higher degree in cyber, information or computer/network security
  • Hold PCI-QSA, CISSP, CISA, CISM, I-RAP, CRISC, and similar qualifications

Candidate must be Australian Citizens and a current NV1 security clearance is highly desirable.
