4 months initial contract to end of June - cyber defence delivery implementation and third party risk

Our client is a large government organisation.

The Senior Project Manager will be part of an established Cyber Defence Portfolio and will be responsible for managing third party risk to deliver controls for both IT and Operational technology.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of various components, including dependencies, within agreed timeframes, resources and budgets.

One of the key challenges will involve driving the enterprise wide adoption of third party risk, and determining the best delivery model.

Essential requirements will include:

• Project Management certifications (Prince2, PMBOK, Agile)
• Successful delivery of projects with large change implications
• Leadership and management experience
• Experience working with vendors and stakeholders
• Ability to influence stakeholders
• Demonstrated cyber security delivery implementation experience / and/or commercial management experience in cyber delivery.
