One of Australia’s leading Financial Services organisations is looking
for a number of experienced Senior Business Project Managers to work various streams of
work on a high-profile, multi-phase program in the Risk & Compliance space.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Identify
stakeholders, develop and maintain collaborative working relations; lead
smaller teams of business analysts in eliciting and analysing business
requirements. - Act as
a day to day contact point with partners/vendors required to deliver
solutions for the project. - Manage,
track & report requirements and the design of business processes to meet
the needs of the Program. - Manage
and drive ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’ process discussions. - Responsible for the delivery of business decisions, solutions and capabilities
that meet business requirements and realise benefits within an agreed
scope, time, cost and quality. - Work
collaboratively with the project team, Technology and Group Risk
colleagues
Key Requirements:
With your previous Financial Services and Risk experience you will
be used to working end-to-end on projects in a fast-paced and heavily-regulated
environment and will be highly process driven with exceptional stakeholder
management.
- 7+
years senior project management experience, in an end end role - Banking & Finance experience is essential - ideally with exposure to Wealth/Advice
- 4+
years experience working on Risk, Compliance or Regulatory projects - Strong
understanding of technology and business systems both strategically and operationally - AGILE,
Waterfall and Project Management tools e.g. JIRA - Excellent
stakeholder engagement, with the ability to navigate a large, complex program
of work - Excellent
attention to detail
