We are looking for Service Delivery & Assurance Consultants for our team at Telcoinabox. Reporting to the Customer Assurance Operations Manager - AUS, you will be working in a help desk environment, responsible for supporting both service providers and end customers in resolving their technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers over the phone to trouble-shoot faults, manage service difficulties and offer telephone, technical support across a range of products; NBN, Hosted Voice, ISDN, Ethernet PSTN and ADSL services
- Ensure customer needs are recorded and followed up via phone, tickets and email
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including carriers and internal network engineers to resolve customer issues.
Essential:
- Extremely good customer service and experience in remotely supporting customers with complex issues.
- Preferred Telco or IT technical support experience that demonstrates a technical aptitude and problem-solving orientation
- A demonstrated sense of ownership, accountability and the ability to problem solve is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
